In the end, we will receive either a mark from God or a mark from the beast- only one of the two.
So, who will be the ones to receive the mark of God on their foreheads?

In Ezekiel 9:1-6, we can see that those with the mark on their foreheads are clearly separated so that they are not harmed when people are judged. It is exactly the same as the content found in the book of Revelation. However, in the content above, it is explained exactly who will receive the mark on the forehead. It is said, “Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and cry over all the abominations that are done within it.” That is, those who received the mark of God on their foreheads were the ones who sigh and cry for the things of God.

As I read those words, I could not help but admit that God is truly righteous and just. I could be convinced by the standards of His judgment that He really has no discrimination: that He truly searches our hearts. This is because those who sigh and cry for the things of God must be God-centered, so it is impossible for them to be self-centered. We will sigh and cry only for our things or the things of our loved ones. We never sigh and cry for other people’s things.

However, it is only when I love God, when I have the heart of the Holy Spirit, and when Jesus lives in me that tears of mourning flow from my heart for the detestable things that are being done before God.

Sealed by God or marked by the beast?

This book is about the life that Christians should live according to the Bible. The author explains that we would either be sealed by God or marked by the beast at the end of time. There is still a lot of speculation and debate about this.

According to this book, there are many cases in which Christians do not pay attention to the biblical words of the book of Revelation because they believe that it is all Christians who will be sealed by God. However, this is speculation without clearly understanding the messages of the Bible. So if all Christians are not necessarily guaranteed to be sealed by God, who will be sealed?

In this regard, the author explains precisely the words of Ezekiel and says that “Those who receive the mark of God are those who groan and weep because of the things of God."

As human beings, things do not affect our minds when they are not related to us. It does not affect us when we are not in a situation where our interests are connected. We will sigh and cry only for our things or the things of our loved ones because humans are self-centered.
