Professor Heo Mane is one of very few Korean academics who have devoted much of their scholarly endeavor to the study of Europe and the European Union. In this new book on EU foreign policy, the author delves into the ups and downs of CFSP (Common Foreign and Security Policy) of the European Union, its involvement in and contribution to the unrealized efforts to denuclearize North Korea, and the achievements and shortfalls of EU's foreign policy itself over the years.
