¡°Falseness is always false even if it appears similar to Truth and it is false even if it speaks of Truth. Truth must be Truth for it to be true. Then, what exactly is Truth? If you have not become Truth, that is real and true, aren¡¯t you false? Have you become complete? And if you have not, then again, aren¡¯t you false? The way for falseness to become Truth is to discard one¡¯s false body and mind entirely.¡±

¡°The reason man cannot know Truth is he lives within his own mind world and does not have Truth in him, therefore even if Truth comes he will be unable to recognize him. Only those who are alive - those who have become Truth - will be able to recognize Truth.¡±

¡°Man often tries to find Truth within his conceptions and habits but man cannot know Truth because Truth does not exist within human conceptions. Only those who have become Truth can know Truth. He who is alive can recognize who is alive and who is dead. Only those who are true can know both Truth and falseness. Thus, only he who has become true can know what is true and only he who has been born in the true world can know the ways of the world. Man thinks he is living in the world but he is actually living inside his mind and not the world. Therefore he must be born in the world in order to know the ways of heaven and earth.¡±

¡°The world is just as one sees it, it is just as it exists, but those who have a false world cannot see it just as it is and as it exists. They can only speak and act according to what they have in their illusionary worlds. Only that which exists in the world actually exists, and what does not exist in the world - that which only exists in man¡¯s mind - does not exist. The world can be seen correctly only when man becomes one with the mind of the world.¡±

¡°What is real is the world. The world that the Creator created is complete but man is unable to live in the world and lives instead in a world he made, an illusionary picture world that has copied the things in the world. Therefore man needs to cleanse his mind and live in the real world. The achievement of this is human completion.¡±

¡°The many stories which have gone with the years
only exist because man holds onto them.
But a person whose mind is heaven itself does not contain stories;
he lives adjusting to reality, just as it is.
The future only exists for a person who has a mind of past stories,
and he has worries because of this mind.
But he whose mind has become real
does not have the human mind world
so he is free and liberated,
and he lives free from all affairs of human life.
He who has the non-existent human mind is dead within it,
and he lives with suffering and burden inside a non-existent world.
The world is already complete,
and the world is already enlightened,
but only man is not one with the world
and is dead inside himself.
The master of heaven and earth must come
for heaven and earth to be able to live.
What is real must come to heaven and earth,
for man to become real.¡±

¡°While living in the world,
people most cherish their own selves,
and they live for themselves.
They do not know how to cherish and love their true selves
and instead cherish and love their false selves.
Man is so infinitely foolish.
If man destroys his fixed frame of mind - his mind world -
and is reborn in the true world that is Truth,
he will become complete.
He must throw away his false self that he cherishes and loves,
in order to be born as a true person.¡±

Everyone dreams of a happy and comfortable life. In his ninth book, Woo Myung explains that the key to such a life can be found inside our minds. He writes, ¡°I wrote this book in the hopes that it will help all people to become Truth and be reborn in the new complete world while they are living.¡± His insights into both Truth and the false human mind world emphasize the urgent need for our minds to become true.
He urges people to come out from within their mind worlds in which they live, to become Truth and live as complete people. He explains, ¡°Man does not know Truth and he has not been able to become Truth because having lived in a false world, he has only learned false things. This is the reason everyone lives with suffering and burden.¡±
In the book he asks us to examine our lives throughout just one day ? from the moment we woke up, our morning routine, to our activities and meal-times. He explains that all of these events will arise as pictures or images in our minds and that a few moments of introspection reveal that we take pictures as we live, and that we live inside the world of pictures that we have taken.
Not only does he outline the definitions of what is real and false and how to differentiate between the two, with his clear, succinct prose and eloquent poetry he explains how to become real and live with wisdom, learn the principles of the world and the true meaning behind human completion.
¡°Human completion is discarding one¡¯s false body and mind, and being reborn with the body and mind of the origin that is real. The pure and noble place of Truth cannot be achieved while holding onto one¡¯s self; it is in the place where one completely discards his self.¡±
