제2판 머리말

본서가 출간된 지 6년이 지났다. WTO와 관련해서는 조약상의 큰 변화가 없었으나, 그동안 한미 FTA가 발효하는 등 약간의 상황 변화가 있었다. 큰 근간을 유지하는 범위 내에서 한미 FTA의 투자 챕터를 영한대역으로 변경하고, Lone Star Case의 투자중재부탁 의향서를 마지막에 추가하였다.

아무쪼록 본서가 국제경제법을 공부하는 연구자들에게 좋은 부교재가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
