ÀÌ´ÞÀÇ Àι° : Warren Buffett

Warren Buffett is the third richest man on the planet! How does a boy from Omaha, Nebraska, become one of the most successful people of all time? As a young boy, Beffett had a keen eye for business. He sold soda pop door-to-door, sold tip sheets for horseracing, and worked at his grandfather's grocery store. At the age of 11, he bought his first stock.

One of the tenets he learned from his early foray into the business world is : patience is a virtue. He realized profits by being patient, rather than selling short. By the age of 14, this born entrepreneur, invested money he earned from a paper route into forty acres of farmland in Nebraska, then he bagan buying undervalued stocks like Coca-Cola. It's hard to believe that Buffett's billion dollar fortune started out with his childhood earnings.

Buffett puts his money where his mouth is: he gives away 99% of his annual income. His corporation alone gives away a total of one billion dollars a month! This savvy business man steers clear of debt and prefers to keep about $20 billion of liquid assets on hand. He owns everything from a newspaper to a railroad, and has major stakes in many of America's biggest companies. However, you won't see him sipping expensive champagne, his favorite drink is an ice cold Coca-Cola.
